haven't seen one that (to me) is all that scary, the closest would be the Higurashi series, it had some moments that kinda freaked me out, but it was really もっと見る disturbing than anything....
Animes don't scare me since it's just animation. If it was Live Action I'd be scared shitless x_x Rin: Daughters of Mnemosyne was pretty scary, または rather disturbing, to me. It was just painful really. I mean, 天使 eating AND raping あなた at the same time? And I do mean EATING like: "Om nom nom nom tastes like chicken" *rape rape rape* x_x
