Soul Eater(Cept there's a bit もっと見る blood in this one... Not a large amount, though. Blood is usually used for comedy in this anime. Although it might not be so good because there's the whole Black Blood deal with Crona and Medusa getting speared multiple times and...)

Hetalia! あなた can easily find the first two seasons English dubbed, season three just came out on DVD in English, and season four isn't out in English yet. The movie (Paint it, White!) is out in English, too. Each episode is only five minutes, but it's worth it!
And if you've seen that, then... Hmm... エンジェル Beats has some gore in it, but it's not that bad, though it's really sad.
または Sailor Moon. It's もっと見る towards younger children, but it's a good show. The last season isn't dubbed though.

Try Dragon Ball GT. It's really funny and has action No blood. Dragon Ball Z Kind of has blood but it's not gorey, But i still didnt want to recommend it in case あなた would get all, squirmish x3 OH And the people below are from Dragonball GT.
