he's not from any アニメ it's just a drawing and he's real eye color on that 写真 (drawing) is green eyes and brown hair, he's not even in a マンガ and someone have take that pic and done it like that on photoshop and the eyes are harsh ice blue eyes on this drawing but i agree it's good pic
