Any good animes I can watch?

I'm not interested in anime's like NARUTO -ナルト- and one piece (I know, *gasp*)
I liked animes that test your knowledge like Spiral-the bonds of reasoning and Deathnote. I also enjoyed エンジェル Beats. Also anything with awesome 音楽 (like エンジェル Beats)
I'm also starting on Souleater which someone recomended me.
