i went hiking for about 4 straight hours. hiking in, i saw a dog locked in a car. i assumed the owners were close によって so i didn't think much of it. when i got back i saw the dog still in the car. he had no water/ 食 that i could see, the windows were rolled all the way up, and he was yelping. the car was parked in hte dierct sunlight and as far as i could tell teh owners hadn't been back since i hiked in. あなた could tell that the dog just wanted to get out but he couldn't. i went to the rangers' station but no one knew anything about hte dog. i mean, あなた should have seen this poor dog's face; he looked so sad and alone. can i レポート that as animal abuse?
