It's hard.....growing up knowing he wont be there to see me...Ive been 書く poems about him to make me feel better..but nothings working. Ever since that 日 I became less cheerful, and i never smile at anyone. No matter what..
I cry myself to ベッド every night...I cant stop thinking about him...I had 1 suicidal thought. I never tried to do it though, because my family needs me. I know that..
But still..its too hard...

when u say ロスト u mean passed on, correct. ive ロスト many of my best フレンズ so i do not have best friend anymore and never will again. but they are always there in every thiught and every idea, and what would they say if they could pass the words to u, get up and get back to work, u have ur life before u, if u have to dedicate something to me, but im with the one that created all, there is no pain only love. remember me and smile, for i am nearby, i want the world to f\see your smile as i did, it made my world, and everyones that did have a chance to see it, no matter what!!!!!!! and why cry for me, im nearing a part of the 次 life, that God has chosen, and i cant get there if someone is holding me and them back. ur tears will stop, and feel proud as i am of u, i hope to touch ur hair または flick it omehow, but u have to get back on the job, we are counting on you, dont go councelor, as they will write it all down and use it against u it a later date. u r stronger than them, just sad at moment. enjoy all of life and make our names count for something, your life is worth LIVING, unless u want to give up so u can do some LEAVING. but waht a waste , and wwaht a mess family will have to clean up. animemaster time to get back in to it, and smile that smile i 愛 あなた always,if あなた need to go out back to night, and light candle for me,for tomorow is a new 日 and we need u in control, thanks, ;-]

Living and dying is all part of life. Whether あなた live to a ripe old age and die in bed, または die in an accident または even によって suicide. Our paths are chosen for us, and yet we have the choice to say no または yes.
In my religion we believe death is just another doorway in the spirits life, something we all have to go through before we can be born again, into a new world and a new life. This may sound corny, but your friend is now a 10 月 old baby, somewhere on this planet maybe, learning to talk and walk again. He'll have a great life.

It's good you've tried to get your feelings out on paper with your poetry, but have あなた tried other things to stabalise the feelings in you? 書く a book about your time together, a bit like a story または a song, paintings, arts and crafts such as beading または knitting. All these things can help as あなた need to concentrate to complete them.
Just because your friend isn't there to see あなた grown up in the flesh, doesn't mean he doesn't know. Scientifically, we all have a psychic link, something so versatile we're stil studying it. But it's known that the closer some people are, the stronger the link and once passed over, that bond still remains. Your friend will know how あなた are, and i doubt very much he will wish to see あなた wallow in self pity at your loss instead of getting on with your life, growing up as あなた say and making the best of your life, with または without him.

Do あなた refuse to see a professional for fear there maybe something wrong other then depression? あなた should at least go to your GP and ask for anti-depressants to help あなた a little, and councelling isn't all that bad. It can help.
When i first started councelling, all my therapist and i seemed to talk about was everyday stuff. It's a way of helping people get back into the real life, leaving their old life behind them so they can start again. It also helps to confide in someone あなた trust, who あなた know will never speak out of turn または tell of thier finding and everything あなた say to them is kept confedential.
Just take it one step at a time.

And yes, life is still worth living. If i were your friend i would want to shake あなた によって the shoulders and scream in your face "just because i'm gone doesn't mean あなた have to aswell. get back on track, do the best あなた can in life. Don't let me die in vain."

I understand how あなた are feeling Kasey...I have the same effects too when it comes to loosing someone あなた truely 愛 and admire a lot in life. The best thing for あなた to do is try relaxing and think about yourself for a second: everyone knows sucidal won't work because we all need あなた in this world. Secondly of all, I understand how it feels to cry and feel hurt about loosing somebody who means the world to you. I went through the same phase when I realized most of my good フレンズ did not like me または wanted to 移動する on. Look into your future and see what great things lie ahead. It's always okay to think about the past and someone あなた never forgot, but it's always good to look at what is bright ahead in your future. It is okay to feel hurt and sad at times because we all go through it. But as long as your family is there and あなた have フレンズ that care about あなた and mean the world to you, it is all あなた will ever have and need. Hope this アドバイス helps あなた Kasey...love あなた lots. *hugs*

OK your in a bad place but trust me when I say time heals. For some its days for others years. Now I dont know who あなた ロスト but my nan died 31 years 前 I can tell あなた the 日 and probably the time 与えられた a moment to think about it. I was three. I still miss her and probably think about her once a week even now. OK here is what I do every 年 on the anniversry I go into a church that does prayer candles and I light one for nan and I whisper to her all my thoughts and problems and ask her to help if she can and I always finish with saying I 愛 her. When I walk out of church after that it feels like a weight has been lifted and then the rest of the 年 I can get on with life. Sounds like あなた have not moved on あなた need a way to close the door so あなた can look フォワード, 前進, 楽しみにして to the future. Do something to remember them によって what ever seems appropriate. Also あなた would benefit from talking to someone about it. I hope this helps feeling sad all the time is bad and also very tiring.
