I am sure he will! He wouldn't let her go that easily. I just don't know how they would resolve him as an issue, so I don't think it will be brought up for a while. I'm kind of excited to see what happens.

Most definitely! I mean it would make an awesome storyline for the rest of Season 7 or if they make a Season 8 if Eli David comes to America to try and get Ziva back. And now that she is an agent I think a lot more Mossad agents will come after her.
