A pair of heterochromic eyes scanned the area. The stale air reeked of cattle, and the humidity didn't help. She should have picked a drier day. It would have been easier to accomplish what she had in store if the air was easier to breathe. Today wasn't going to be a good one.
狐, フォックス jumped out from the 木, ツリー and internally sighed. The farm looked terrible. The 納屋 looked as if the support was rotting and infested with termites, the トラクター shed was about to collapse, and the house was a joke. The front porch was devoid of everything except ビール bottles and a lawn chair. The stairs were creaky, from what 狐, フォックス could hear as she lightly trudged up them. She stepped over the pile of bottles and came to realise that the front door was open, and the flimsy screen-door was the only thing stopping invaders from intruding into the house. 狐, フォックス glared at the hole in the wall, rubbing her head as she remembered what happened that day. She shuddered, and continued through the house. The bright ピンク ソファー, ソファ was against the wall, and she could only guess that the テレビ was repossessed. The キッチン was in worse shape than the living area. The refrigerator was about to tip, and the only things in there were ビール and a 5-7. She inspected the gun closely. It was the real thing. Any ammo?.... Yes, a full magazine. She tucked the pistol into her waistband and listened carefully. Lo and behold, the deep rumbling of a woman snoring was resonating from upstairs. 狐, フォックス shook her head. How her mother could live like this was beyond her. She went down the hall, which only had a single lightbulb hanging from a string to illuminate the way. She brushed it aside and continued on to the end of the hall, ignoring pictures of herself as a child, and into the room at the end. She opened the door and her ハート, 心 sank. This is how she left her room eleven years ago. She browsed through the objects on the floor and on the shelves before finding it-- the vial. She had been planning this for God knows how long. She slipped the vial into her pocket and left her room for the last time. She walked back over to the staircase that lead to her mother's room. The backpack slid from her shoulders and down her arm until she set it softly on the floor. She un-zipped the main compartment and took out the glowing chord. With a determined light in her green and brown eyes, she started up the stairs. She recoiled at the familiar smell. Of course, her mother's stash was in plain sight (and smell). She rolled her eyes and started towards the lone mattress with the large, bumpy lump that lay on it. She secured her mother's right hand to the wall. The chord fused to Stacia's wrist and also to the wall. 狐, フォックス secured Stacia's other wrist and her torso to the wall, as well. Suddenly, Stacia's eyes flashed open. She blinked repeatedly to focus.
"Who are you?!" she demanded. 狐, フォックス rolled her eyes.
"Do あなた not recognise your own daughter, pig?" Stacia squinted for a moment.
"You're not Fox. She's only a half-blood!" she cried. 狐, フォックス chuckled darkly. She took off the rosary around her neck.
"Au contraire, mon ami. Stacia, I am a full-blood. Because of these." She slipped the rosary around Stacia's neck. "They call that one 'The Bindings of Sayofrick'. They block off the power of an Acid-Monster while the 'Wrath of Ana-Lysa'," she held up her left hand, displaying the gauntlet, "dilutes the human blood until there is none." She took the vial of blue liquid out of her pocket and un-capped it. "So get a good look at your only child, mother. It will be your last." She flicked some of the liquid onto Stacia before flicking it about the room.
"Fox! What are あなた talking about?! What are あなた doing?!" she demanded. 狐, フォックス didn't even spare her a last glance. She just kept flicking the blue stuff around the house before doing the same to the トラクター shed and the barn, making a trail connecting them all. She wiped off the blue stuff on her fingers onto a rag and threw it into the house, ignoring the screaming from upstairs. She then pulled a red box from the backpack and opened it, pulling a red-tipped stick from inside it. She struck the match on the side of the box, a small flame springing forward.
"Old McDonald had a farm..." she sang softly. She tossed the match into the small puddle of blue a yard away from her. The match ignited the liquid and the 火災, 火 quickly spread. The flame was blue, matching the highly-flammable chemical that worked as its fuel. "But I burned it down... And on this farm, there was a pig... but I burned her down."
The sound of screaming went un-noted.
