Can someone help me I am having trouble 読み込み中 my 動画 on YT.

I use windows movie maker(cause its what I got)I have several choices but I don't know which to chose, can u tell me または does YT not accept any of them.

DV-AVI
Windows media portable device
Windows media DVD quality
Windows media DVD wide screen quality
Windows media 720p
Windows media for Xbox360
Windows media 1080p
windows media low bandwidth
Widows media VHS quality

I've never been able to アップロード a video in AVI format onto YouTube, and I've never tried any of the rest of them. If it's a WMV format it'll upload. または it always has for me at least. :) Hope I helped!
