**this takes place after the 5 年 skip... I don't own any of the OC's mentioned in this beside Mercy, Colin, And Heather**

To recap, after 3 years that me and my boyfriend had faked our own deaths to pursue a life of crime, my old team had caught us in the act. And may I repeat, we were screwed. All of them, my past friends, the ones I betrayed. Maybe they didn't recognize me. Wait! Something wasn't right, 8 of them were missing. I had counted and counted again. There were only 7 of them in here. Maybe they finally realized what they were missing? I didn't care, with a panicked expression I quickly glanced at Colin, who had the same expression as me. What was I going to do? Trying not to be seen, my hand carefully crept to a small button located in the back of my utility ベルト and pressed it. Heather wouldn't  be able to get here fast enough, though. I faked a surprised face, and then smiled. "Guys! Long time no see!" I put my arms out like I was expecting a hug. Colin, being the horrible actor he was, just gave a nervous chuckle and waved.  Robin just frowned, "What are あなた doing here, Mercy?" I gave out a small nervous laugh, "Admiring the jewelry?" I gave a small but hopeful shrug. Robin just ignored my コメント and turned his attention to Colin, who was now probably a wreck. "What are あなた doing here, Colin?" He repeated, but in a different tone. "W-Well Bella..." He stuttered out. I groaned, "He's new at this, okay?" I mumbled out, almost embarrassed.
"Mercy, you're better than this!" Beast Boy smiled at me. "Don't think I'm not aware of what I'm doing and the consequences of it, Gar." I tried to smile, but it ended up as a half-smile half-frown. I shook it off, I wasn't going to allow them to get to me. There was to much at stake for what was going to be taking place in the 次 few months for me to wind up in jail. "Hey chica? What about あなた being... あなた know, dead?" Blue Beetle started. I just groaned and buried my face in the palm of my hand, "I don't burn または feel heat. But あなた guys thought otherwise when I fell into that volcano..." I mumbled out. It was kind of stupid for them to think that though... After all we had been though also.  "Okay, maybe あなた WERE right.." Beetle said, turning to look at his back. He seemed to always talk to himself, like he had another tiny person in his brain. I sighed, they were probably just stalling us so that the league could come carry us off to some unknown prison in Siberia.  That was NOT going to happen, not on my watch. "Listen, I'd 愛 to stay and catch up on the basics... But I've got a schedule and a life I need to keep!" Before any of them could do または say anything I had released a large ウォール of fire, blocking them off from getting to us. "Colin!" Colin snapped back into reality, "Seal off the front doors!" I commanded. He smirked and his eyes began to glow a bright blue, then sending a wave of magic off to make sure they couldn't get out for at least another 5 minutes. Colin smirked and we both ran out, but not before I could grab a new ネックレス for my collection. 
We both fell out of the store, I was cracking up. "Oh. My. God!" I managed to gasp out. "Told you! They didn't even put up a fight!" Colin smiled. "To the roof? Heather and Clint are supposed to be picking us up soon." I suggested. He shrugged and followed me up to the top. And of course, like this was all planned out, there was the rest of the team. Aisling, Jessica, Blade, Liberty, Ary, Nightwing, Conner, and Megan were all waiting. "Hurry up Heather.." I mumbled out to myself.
