I'm 書く a story where the character is fighting personal demons but I only have a vague idea what one is and I need some examples that I can use. Please help!

Usually, personal demons refers to struggles that someone is going through internally または things that they'd like to change about themselves. Like, alcoholism/addiction, lying, unreliability. Could be anything, really.
