Eh.... Not really. Usually if あなた are having trouble writing, I would go for music, TV, movies, または just kick back and take a short break, not thinking about the story too much, to regain your track.
Writers block for me tends to come either due to me trying to make a character do what htey wouldnt normally do over exhausting my tanks (aka 書く too much)
