I just finished a GREAT book series and then literally a 時 after I finished the last book I had a good idea for a book and now I'm trying to write it but i think im making it to much like the book any ideas to help me with that?

Ahh, I have been here before. The best thing to do is write it anyways! Writer's Block, to me, is the fear of not finishing a work due to the fact that あなた are too afraid of it's acceptance in the world. There is a good chance あなた could get it published and it becomes the 次 big thing, OR, if anything once あなた do the rereads for the edits, あなた can post it online as FanFiction if あなた still want it out there for people to read.

The best thing, in my opinion, to do is to write it out, finish it, and as あなた go through the first 読書 of it, figure out if it's too much like it. Then decide if あなた wanna pitch it, post it または just keep it as a souvenir. :) There is beauty in everything, don't cut yourself short.
