The instructor spoke to the class of nearly forty cadets, behind him was a hologram projection of a fighter falling off course. The room was spherical, and all the seats were positioned towards the center stage, much like a college lecture room.
Chris continued to lean back in his chair, his uniform unbuttoned and his hair clearly a mess. Yet across from him, only two seats away sat a gorgeous new cadet. He found himself glancing at her, a grin showing with each chance.
