I'd like to think it wasn't just a dream because that would be really disappointing and I HATE the cliche of "It was all just a dream." How she got back from Wonderland may not make sense if it wasn't just a dream but that's the point because nothing about Wonderland is supposed to make sense. Besides, the place is too wonderful to just be a dream, at least in a fictional world.
