A small island in Italy contains the nation's most active volcano. I am referring to the Mount Stromboli 火山 which has essentially had a continuous eruption for the last 500 years!
Portions of both Victoria and South Australia contain an active volcanic field. This volcanic field has erupted 3 times in the last 8,000 years and will erupt again. I am referring to Newer Volcanics Province.
While no major changes in the summit eruption have been observed, scientists have been documenting the evolution of the active west vent, which continues to feed lava flows into the lake below.
