Makarov is the first of the Four Horsemen in the Ultranationalist party, and the only one who was still alive after the events of the first Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.

He is also the only one of the Four Horsemen that is not killed によって an M1911.45 pistol.

During the cutscene for Sins of our Farthers there is a picture of Makarov with the other horsemen. It was unknown who it was at the time.

During "No Russian", Makarov can be seen using his M4A1 one-handed, along with his Thumper.

Makarov's left eye is green and his right is blue, due to Heterochromia iridum, and he is so far the only character...
