can someone tell me the end of the manga?

The マンガ hasn't ended, it is still ongoing.
A lot has happened, Kaname has gone around killing the purebloods and other vampires, Yuuki returned to クロス Academy and started the night class again, Zero was hunting vampires, A pureblood b*tch called Sara has Takuma has her slave/ henchman/sorta thing.
Zero hugged Yuuki <3
Zero drank Sara's blood because of a deal he made with her: he protects her from Kaname, they team up to kill him.
Zero, Yuuki, Ruka, and the other night class members have all teamed up to kill Kaname and the pairing of Zero x Yuuki is looking promising!!!! yay!!!!!!

Oh yeah, a while back in the manga, Yuuki drank Kaname's blood to find out he is actually an ancestor who got resurrected によって Rido, using the real baby Kaname's blood but because ancestor Kaname had been dead for so long he had to be reborn as a baby.

But like I said, the マンガ hasn't actually finished yet, and I think the マンガ is way better than the アニメ so あなた should check it out.
