yup.it is masashi kishimoto. he never thought about sasuke while making NARUTO -ナルト- series but after disscusing to other members that NARUTO -ナルト- need a rival in future they make decision of making sasuke.kishimoto read tons of マンガ to get the idea of sasuke,he even don,t know how sasuke look in series but he made him after too many efforts.first sasuke have many bandages,necklaces but it is impossible for him to make sasuke with this type of dressing on weekly bases so he remove all things and make sasuke simple like he was in season 1.sasuke is only one character in series whose dressing mostly change and when kisimoto draw sasuke character and change his dressing after some time.this make sasuke his お気に入り character in NARUTO -ナルト- series...
