I still loved the book. But I did wonder what the deal was? Don't get me wrong, it's not like I haven't heard about it before. posted １年以上前.

	Gabitha picked Sure, I know all about it.: you maybe shoul dof put this in the fourm, but o well! i mean there is no way to really explain it with out spoiling it so... but just quickly its running along the same theme of star crossed lovers, Heathcliff falls in love Catherine Earnshaw - his foster sister, and she returns his love though thinks him too far below her to marry, so she marrys a childhood (rich) friend Edgar Linton the two main characters are selfish and horrible people. But Bella likes that. She thinks that when the two characters fall in love that it is their only redeming quaility and that that is the whole point of the book. Eclipse is loosely based on Wuthering Heights, and Wuthering Heights is referenced frequently throughout the novel. sorry i don tthink i can giv eyou anymore without giving away the entire book! hope that helped a little though =) posted １年以上前.

At the begining of Wuthering Heights, Heathcliff leaves (sort of like New Moon, but he left because he thought that Catherine didn't love him). And then when he comes back Catherine has married (much like when Edward comes back Bella has fallen in love with Jacob, although she only realises it at the end of Eclipse). posted １年以上前.
