They both shock with laughter. I looked up at the ceiling. Turn? Blood? What where they. Then the thought hit me, like a train reaching its destination. They, both Thomas and Mary, were Vampires. I had to get out. They continued to argue in front of me, not noticing if I were absent. I crawled out of the mattress they had thrown me on. My feet moved at the wrong second. PLING. They both turned, there red eyes on me. Damn. I jumped of, and ran towards the exit.
“Get her.” Thomas yelled. I ran into the street, expecting to hear the patter of feet moving closer. But instead I heard something worse. The patters of foots moving and moving closer to me, gaining and gaining, until I fell on the concrete, and they reached me. I was dead.


My leg was being pulled on, I screamed. How come nobody could here me? There was a snarl, and then a burn went up my leg. I shrieked. This was not the way I wanted to die. I was only sixteen.
“Jon!” Mary shrieked at the boy who’s mouth was on my leg. “Let her go. We don’t need her for that. She’s staying human.”
