I find it related to the story in that part of the saga.Well,for Twilight,the apple,Eve gave Adam an apple,forbidden fruit,but the forbidden フルーツ tastes the sweetest,I guess that's how Bella feels for Edward,and of course,Edward for Bella,she is forbidden フルーツ for him,he knows she tastes the sweetest but he can't kill her.2nd,for New Moon,bloody チューリップ flower,and it's loosing it's petals,but again petals look like blood drops(related to vamps)and Bella was like that flower,loosing her love,Edward,idk.3rd,for Eclipse red tape,maybe it represents how Bella is tied to both Jacob and Edward,but since the tape is falling,I think it shows Bella already decided,as she said:"It's him and it will always be him".4th,for Breaking Dawn this is what SM said:"So this cover has kind of two things going on. One is a metaphor for the entire series because あなた have Bella going from being the weakest player on the board to being the most powerful one.
