CAN あなた PLEASE HELP? IM WONDERING HOW TO CREATE A ファン SPOT. :)

if あなた go to the ファンポップ ホーム page and scroll down to the bottom あなた will se on the right hand side it says browse ファン spots (or something like that) 次 to it there is a create ファン spot button- click that and it will tell あなた what to do :)
