when あなた contribute to the club. like add pics, links, picks, pop クイズ 質問 and etc. people will rate and コメント on ur stuff and boom, あなた get ur dedicated ファン thingy. but it wont happen rite away so be patient.
I'm not sure I know the answer to this, but it happened to me when I added a certain amount of stuff to that spot. Like リンク または 写真 または articles. As to the actual amount of 発言しました things one needs, I still have no clue. Just add new info and pics as often as あなた can and it should give あなた something. Hope this helped some.
