Since Renesmee is half human, I'm pretty sure she could conceive. But again, this brings up inconsistency in Stephenie Meyer's writing. 狼男 hate vampires. They can't stand them. They were created to kill them. Imprinting on a half human/vampire being and possibility of being with them when they got older just brings up contradicting facts.

If it's a boy it might be a werewolf, depending on whose genes were もっと見る prevalent in the child. If it's a girl, idk maybe a human, a half-vampire または if it's a girl like Leah, a werewolf. But really idk.
