What was The point of Izzy getting voted off, then coming back?

They brought old people back to spice up the competition. Each character is unique and they obviously needed a crazy, wild character for the further challenges so the chose to bring back Izzy. Anyway, if they didn't bring Izzy back who would have made out with Owen?

ok, Izzy was voted off as E-Scope. so she found a loop hole to come back to the 表示する as izzy. so, I guess she won't be making anyone call her E-scope anymore ;D
