lol. That's too funny. Here is the recipe for a ham & cheese quiche:
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
4 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground dry mustard
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
2 tablespoons chopped pimento peppers, garnish
Directions
1.In medium bowl, toss 4 teaspoons flour with the grated cheese. Sprinkle mixture into the pie shell. On top of cheese, sprinkle 1/2 cup of diced ham.
2.In medium bowl, combine eggs, milk or cream, and then add salt and mustard powder. Beat until smooth and pour over cheese and ham.
3.Put piece of plastic wrap large enough to overlap sides over top of quiche, then a piece of foil, and seal well around the edges. (plastic keeps the foil from sticking to the food). Place prepared quiche in freezer.
4.When ready to prepare, preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C.) Remove foil and plastic wrap. Put foil around edge of crust to protect it.
5.Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until filling is set and crust is golden brown. Garnish with parsley and pimiento if desired

Here is one for spinach quiche:
1/2 cup butter
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
1 (6 ounce) package herb and garlic feta, crumbled
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 (9 inch) unbaked deep dish pie crust
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Saute garlic and onion in butter until lightly browned, about 7 minutes. Stir in spinach, mushrooms, feta and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into pie crust.
3.In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into the pastry shell, allowing egg mixture to thoroughly combine with spinach mixture.
4.Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle top with remaining Cheddar cheese, and bake an additional 35 to 40 minutes, until set in center. Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.

& Quishe Lorraine
1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
12 slices bacon
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup minced onion
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups light cream
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white sugar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2.Place bacon in a large skillet, and fry over medium-high heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels, then chop coarsely. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion into pastry shell.
3.In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, sugar and cayenne pepper. Pour mixture into pastry shell.
4.Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Reduce heat to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C), and bake an additional 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Allow quiche to sit 10 minutes before cutting into wedges.

here's the fic:

Two days away from her new born and her amazing husband. Sometimes work had its perks, yes, but since she was all but a new mother, Ziva did not like this one bit. It was now going on two days that she had been away from Tony and her six month old baby girl. Her baby had the color hair of her father, but curly like her mothers, and had a mixture of their eye color, but her eyes were full of emotion and curiosity. Just thinking of her baby girl made Ziva homesick. She only had three more days and then she could return home. She talked to Tony every night on the phone, and every morning, but still that was not enough. She knew that Tony was taking great care of her girl, but something still did not feel right. She loved Tony, but she was not sure that he could handle getting up early in the morning and having to feed the baby, let alone having to change her.
Ziva sat down at her work desk and opened her laptop. She logged on to her web chatting program and saw that Tony was on. She clicked on his name and waited for him to turn on his camera so he could see her. Ziva quickly straightened her royal blue button down shirt, and ran her fingers through her hair one last time before Tony clicked on his camera. She smiled when she saw her husband on the other end. Tears started to form in her eyes when she saw her baby girl all dressed up and seating on his lap. Tony laughed as he held the baby closer to the camera so Ziva could see that she was smiling the vibrant smile that her dad had.
“Hey Ziva.” Tony said. Ziva beamed.
“Tony…” Ziva said as she watched her baby girl squirm in her fathers lap. Ziva giggled at how fidgety her baby was. “How is everything?”
“Fine. She barely sleeps, and has to constantly eat, but I think I can handle it.” Tony said laughing. He smiled and looked down at the baby girl. He sat her up just a bit so she looked into the camera, but she was starting to fall asleep. Tony looked up at the camera and at Ziva.
“Blow kisses to Mommy!” Tony repeated and took the baby’s hand to mimic the actual movement. Ziva put her hands over her mouth and had happy tears in her eyes when she saw that.
“Oh, baby girl.” Ziva said quietly and smiled. Tony blew Ziva a final kiss and winked.
“Want to see something I taught her?” Tony asked. Ziva nodded. He made a fist and showed the baby girl, who in turn did something similar and he gently bumped their fists together.
“How bout that Zee?” Tony asked laughing and grinning. “The Daddy and Baby Fist-bump!” Ziva was laughing so much and just wanted to hug the screen and tell them how amazing they both were. Ziva looked at the clock at the bottom of her screen and looked up at Tony.
“It has to be past two in the morning for you guys.” Ziva said quietly when she realized her baby was almost asleep. Tony nodded and started rocking the baby softly.
“I am going to sing to her real quick.” Ziva whispered. “True Love, from that old film we watched last time we saw a movie together.” Ziva began singing the familiar tune, and Tony joined in. The baby made a quiet noise and sighed in Tony’s arms. Tony looked up at Ziva and continued to sing, but this time he could not help smile. When the song was over, and Ziva and Tony were sure the baby was asleep, she asked him one more question.
“How many bottles of breast milk are still in the fridge?” Ziva asked very quietly. Tony smirked and Ziva shoots him a glare.
“Five.” Tony leans into the camera and whispers.
“I hope you have enough until I get back.” Ziva said. “I love you Tony.” Ziva whispers and blows a kiss to him. Tony does the same.
“Love you too Ziva.” Tony disconnects the camera and Ziva sits in front of a dark screen for twenty minutes before she has the strength to leave her computer.
