Well... weighing in is hard enough each week, because the house is "unlevel" so if you don't have the scale in the perfect spot it can add weight or descrease your weight without it being your true weigh. I think I've been having it in the wrong spot, because D weighed in on Sunday so I had her weigh herself to see if it was in the "right" spot, which it was so I stepped on and it said I gained 5-6 lbs in one week! Is that even possible? Either way we moved the scale from the original spot we had been weighing in because it was wrong so now I dont' know what my "real" weight is or what the right spot is either. Ughhhhh!!! =[ I have been exercising, and cutting down on my portions, barely drink caffeine, fresh veggies & fruits, etc. I don't know what I did wrong!

@jenna: oh sweetie.. don't be disheartened so easily. as you said it could just be a positional problem. you said you're going to a gym. why don't you get your baseline weight in there? are there any nutritionists or therapists working in the gym too? ask for their help. ask them for help in making you a baseline regime. initial workouts, what kind of food should be most helpful for your weight loss program, what kind you need to cut down or totally avoid. you know the drill. maybe get some ideas at weightwatchers or something. i heard they give good advice.

and i think you mentioned once that you have a thyroid problem as well so you and I both know it's not going to be easy but it never said it's unreachable. so, c'mon chin up! ;)

Maybe you should try weighing yourself on level ground? I doubt you've gained weight, especially that much!

I decided to cancel my gym membership Jax. After working out there and seeing how little calories I was burning on the treadmill, elliptical, etc I said why am I paying to go to the gym when I'm burning more than double the calories in half the time? You know. D decided to do it though. I figure once I loose some I can join to help tone up. I do have a thyroid problem. It was completely inactive, after 4 doctors and three different doses of meds it's stil double what it should be but much better.

@Dannii- Yes the level ground I know is a problem, but I don't know where I can weigh on level ground since the house is unlevel. Outside? I feel like concrete may not be a good idea? Maybe I'll try it though to see.

@jenna: why did you give up so easily? it took me 3 months before i made headway in the gym. our bodies need time to adjust to every new system we're subjecting it to. try going back and give it 6 months to work. give it a bit more time. agree with dannii though, there is no way you could have gained that much in such a short span of time. and i do apologize for posting those photos yesterday. it was cruel of me. i am so sorry. forgive me please?

@Dannii- Idk... I've been doing this since the end of August though so my first & second weeks are already over. lol. Guess we'll have to see. I'm trying not to get frustrated with it. Perhaps I'll have to up my exercise an extra 10 min per day.

get another email address from yahoo or something. use that one for a temporary new account that way they wouldn't associate it with you.
just don't stop contacting them til they give an explanation as to why the account was suspended.

@Jax- Oh no worries about the photos Jax! =] It's not that I gave up, it's just when I was exercising at home in 20 min I was burning over 400 and some calories, but the same amount at the gym I was only burning around 150. So I just felt that if I was burning way more at home why pay for the gym. I figured after I lose 50 lbs or so then I could join to tone up & it would be easier on me as well.

Okay, done! I didn't find the ending quite as sad as most people I guess. I mean I did feel really bad for Tony, but I didn't cry. It was a good episode! Ziva was so thoughtful... & McGee... but Mud Wrestling? lol

Just felt a lot of Tony love this episode!
And I really loved the case plot and how the re-inventing your past thing was mirrored with Tony. Really fresh, original and interesting storyline. :)

I did like the episode, the case was new and interesting. :) Ziva looked gorgeous, Tony looked sexy and his grown up side was refreshing. :) I think Ziva really liked what she saw in him during this epi, and how much he was changing! It won't be too long before endgame now, girls! :D

I totally agree about the episode. I'm glad that they've kept this new air about them going on and not just through the premiere. It's encouraging to see and I can smell endgame now! :D

a great stand-alone episode. i like seeing the whole team again. second episode i see ziva skipping. makes me laugh.. ;D
it was so sweet of them to think of tony and to do anything just to see him smile again. in my mind, they all went to see mud wrestling. tony, ziva, mcgee and abby. (4 tickets)
had a great time too! ;D
and the ending was bittersweet for me. tony is manning up. like in NotB, i just want to give him a nice big hug. i like this person tony is becoming.

yesterday, i did my hair up in french twist like the one she's sporting in that french thingie .today i did it with a high ponytail. i had to undo it after a few hours though, it gave me a freakin' headache! it felt so heavy. how does she stands it to have them up like that for hours?
