The Winx looked around, trying hard not to flinch under the scrutinizing gazes of the soldiers who surrounded them. Bloom was at the vanguard of the group; her blue eyes blazing like the 火災, 火 inside her, as she watched this Nick Fury make his way towards them.
He had an aura about him that proclaimed authority. He was strong, had a good posture and his face was stern. He looked as if knew things he shouldn't, and was much smarter than his brute image set him up to be. There was a tension that grew within the atmosphere, no one moving in fear of setting something off.
"Do I need to repeat myself?" He snaps, sending a condescending look in the direction of the Winx. Bloom glared at him, before straightening herself up, exuding strength and leadership. "We are the Winx. My name is Bloom and I am the leader of this group. All we want to do is save the people of New York from those horrible monsters." Fury raised an eyebrow at her answer, and walked closer to her. "You think あなた can stop the Chitauri like that?" He asks, gesturing to the outfits the girls sported. "Hey あなた listen here buddy, there's nothing wrong with our outfits." Stella snaps, Fury 芝居 as though he hadn't heard her.
"Well I certainly doubt that あなた could get anything done in those disco-sparkles." A voice snaps, Stella growling. Fury chuckled and turned around, saying, "Miss Romanov, why don't あなた come over here and 表示する these little girls what an actual assassin looks like." Bloom and Tecna both had looks of confusion and shock plastered on their faces. "An assassin?" Bloom whispers to her, Tecna shrugging. "Is that what they think we are?"
"It wouldn't be surprising, considering all the weird shit that's flying around here. I would probably guess that あなた flying...butterflies, are something concocted によって Loki." The same voice replied, a woman with short red hair, wearing an all black jumpsuit making her way to the front of the group. She looked at the Winx, her gaze intense and unwavering.
"Who are you?" Musa asks, the woman not answering. "Who sent あなた here? Was it the Asgardians, Loki, the Chitauri?" Stella rolled her eyes. "Of course none of those dopes sent us here. We came on our own to help those people down there. Why is it always so hard for あなた Earth people to accept help?" She groaned, Fury focusing his attention on her. "Did あなた call us, 'Earth people'?" Stella blinked and folded her arms to her chest. "Uh duh, didn't あなた hear me?"
Fury and the red-headed woman both looked at each other, before they both moved their hands, signaling that it was time to move. The soldiers surrounding the Winx got up, but never ロスト their focus on them. The small militia led them through the large ship, and soon brought them into a room, which appeared to be the command center.
There were computers in almost every corner of the room. Each screen had the events of what was transpiring in New York, but from different sources from around the globe. The Winx could hear hundreds of languages swirl around their heads, and although the dialects were different, the same 質問 was being asked: will this ever end?
People were scurrying about, either watching the screens, talking to others via blue-tooth または simply looking through the windows, which encased the entire room. The armed men and women led the Winx to a large, circular black 表, テーブル where three others were already seated.
"Who are they?" Asks a man with light blond hair. "New recruits." Fury joked, earning no laughs. The woman referred to as Romanov stepped up. "We found these six flying within vicinity of the ship. We don't know where they came from, または who they're working for." Bloom let out an irritated sigh which caught the attention of the three sitting at the table. "Is there something wrong, traitor?" An older man with dark brown hair snaps, Layla in-turn glaring at him. "Yes, there is something wrong." Tecna snaps back. "Well then によって all means, explain yourself."
Tecna continued to glare at the older man, before focusing her attention on Fury. "We haven't come here to fight, we have only come here to help. We are the Winx Club, and come from different planets all throughout the magic dimension. My name is Tecna, and I am the princess of my home-world Zenith. My フレンズ and I are fairies, and we mean あなた no harm. We simply want to stop those things and bring down Loki and the Tesseract."
Everyone went silent after she muttered those words. Nick looked at Tecna, and then whispered through his teeth, "That is confidential information...how do あなた know that?" Stella huffed. "Didn't あなた listen to anything that Tecna just said? We aren't from here! When Bloom called us down, she 発言しました a city was in danger and we came to help. We didn't know what was going on so we called our Headmistress for help. She was the one who explained to us that this Tesseract might be the thing that's opened the portal."
Romanov tapped her finger under her chin. "Who is this headmistress of yours?" Tecna took out her tablet and turned it on, a bright green screen bouncing on the ウォール and spreading out, covering the area of a large PC. "Whoa hey, looks like the stuff I use. Okay, you're cool." The older man says, earning disconcerting looks from the others. "Stark, we know nothing about their background and their motives, and yet, あなた find them 安全, 安全です because they use similar technology?" The man, Stark, shrugged. "If they've figured out how to use something like my computers, than I doubt they have been stuck in the stone-age of conquering planets and gaining world power." He snaps, Bloom nodding her head in thanks.
Tecna began flipping through various pictures and stopped on one of Faragonda once she had found one. "This is Miss Faragonda, headmistress of Alfea—the school for fairies." Romanov chuckled. "Fairies, huh? So let me guess, if あなた know this woman and refer to her as your personal headmistress, that must mean you're 妖精 too, right?" Her tone in questioning the girls caused several people to laugh. Fairies, the idea of it was utterly preposterous.
Layla scoffed at their snickering. "How can あなた all sit there and believe that aliens and Gods exist, while 妖精 don't?" Fury folded his hands behind his back and walked towards Layla. "I have proof that Gods from another planet exist. We have evidence of the invader that came when Loki tried destroying this place the first time; we have evidence of other intelligent life because of the Tesseract and due to Thor and Loki. This little fairy tale you're telling us could just be complete and utter crap. I need proof to be convinced of something's existence. And since you're not giving me any, I can assume that what you're saying doesn't exist."
Bloom glared at him, and took a step forward, a few of the soldiers raising their weapons; a silent warning that they could shoot. "You want proof? I'll give あなた some proof." She jumped into the air, which kick-started her wings, they fluttering around her as she hovered above the group. She smirked at their reactions, before shouting, "Dragon Fury!" A giant red dragon forming around her body and zooming past the guards, it roaring and soon vanishing within a bright light. Everyone was in awe at Bloom's display, and stared up at her with complete fascination. When she was sure they believed her now, she landed and walked up to Fury.
"We are fairies, and we come from different planets. We mean Earth no harm, and have only come here to help. We are this planet's protector and will do anything to protect its people." Romanov gave the girls a strange glance. It wasn't one of confusion, fear または even spite; it was one of respect. "I think these girls stand によって their words. I think they mean what they're saying. Maybe...maybe they could help us." Fury glared at her, and looked as if he might explode from rage.
"I think the Russian has a point," Stark intervenes, getting up and walking between the two. "We are heavily outnumbered out there. Even if we gave it all we got, we'd still tire out eventually and probably end up being captured and tortured または whatever it is those Asgardians do for fun." The blond man at the 表, テーブル nodded in agreement with Stark. "Mr. Stark is right. If we ever want to beat these space-men, then we're going to team up with as many good guys as possible. These ladies look powerful and if they can help us save people, then I say, あなた let 'em come with us!"
Flora awkwardly cleared her throat, causing the focus to be on her, which caused her to flush. "Um, if あなた don't mind me asking...what exactly do あなた mean when "come with us"?" Stark chuckled. "Well we're going to be fighting with you, of course." Musa snickered at his response. "I don't mean to sound rude または anything, it's just that—I doubt non-magical folk would be able to do anything against those things." Stark smirked up at her. "Oh trust me doll face, we are very much magical."

Author's Note: Agh sorry to end it this way. I couldn't think of a way to put the other information I had planned to put in here. It wouldn't have made sense and I already think that this chapter it kind of choppy and blegh. Anyways, sorry for the long wait guys. I was really busy this weekend and didn't have as much time as I had hoped to work on this. I'm planning to get chapter three out much earlier. I think this chapter was just kind of hard for me to write...you still need to figure out who the two other guys are, why and how Loki ストール, 盗んだ the Tesseract and just agh.
