Secret message from Alexandria?

In season 4, episode 16 (I think) is titled "A", and I never understood why! And then in season 5 (Don't know what episode!) Sam gives Rick a stamp that was the letter A! I feel like these two things contribute to something, and I just want to know your thoughts on them! Thanks

I don't think they are related. They might. But, in my opinion, they aren't.
