When Stefan is hooked on blood he is "THE RIPPER". We all know Damon is the one who kills the most regulary like a norml vampire but when Stefan is killng, he is ON THE BALL. He manages to chew off their heads. Even Klaus thte original vamp hybrid learnt his best tricks from Stefan. So i'm going with Stefan althoughI do love Damo also :)
