Put him in a lot and then 移動する the lot to the lot bin. Now if あなた go to the new town your sims lot should be there. I hope this helps

I think it's some sort of mod または a merged neighborhood. I'm honestly not sure.

I think this action is not available in the sims 2 because each neighbor has its own としょうかん, ライブラリ unlike the sims 3 where the としょうかん, ライブラリ is shared.

It's Pleasantview and this can't happen.

あなた need to 移動する your family with their house. click save house bin (or something like that) so that house can save with your family in a house bin collection. then go to strangetown または where ever u want and u find that house with your family bin in a house bin collection... Hope I helped ; )
