Wow after watching the movie I don't no how anyone can pick socs....hello remember what they did to Johnny and ponyboy!!! The Curtis brothers almost got split up because of them so whoever picked socs you've got to be messed up in the head someway or another.

I think some people picked greasers because it's the main gang in the book and they like the greasers more than the socs. I picked greaser cuz I love greasers and I don't have alot of money and they know how to have fun. But I know some of u really mean it wen u say greaser. People are saying there more like greasers but there're actually telling who they like more in the book. I'm really not preppy. I like to hang out around gas stations with my freinds. I also dress like a greaser.

im middle class, but im more like greasers. honest to god. even if im middle class i dont hav a lot of money and i kinda dress like them and i stand like them (ankles crossed, leanin on somethin, thumbs hitched in pockets, aka: lookin tough and cool) and i care lots bout my hair. i swear alot and dont really eat and talk like them and...im just alot like them. i aint preppy and bitchy and snobby and cold. im like greasers. honest to god. and you know what?:

i live in the country but we do have lables you're (in my school) either in the IN group or the OUT group and im definatly in the out gruop plus my family aint doin that well.

Well, let's see, I wear way too much hair grease, I am not into money, but rather live in a tight-knit neborhood in a rather large modular home with five others. Everyone knows each other but we don't jump everyone for kicks. Shoot, it's rare if anyone gets jumped round where I live. I'm not sayin' we don't have our hoods and them, 'cause we do, I'm just sayin' that we go around in groups and our groups got each other's backs. We've got our own kind of greasers and Socs.
