Although if I had to choose just one I would say Mufasa.

It gives him more personality.

He looks most similar like his father as a cub but he also has little traits of Mufasa, too.

He looks very much Like Simba when he was a cub :-)

Oddly, his visual design reminds me of Scar the most! I think it's mostly because of his swept-back mane, but I don't know if there's something else Scar-like about him too. Can't quite place my finger on it.

His head shape looks like a cross between Simba's and Kiara's (when they were young) and he seems to have inherited Mufasa's fur colour. I can't see much in the way of Nala or Sarabi in him.

Maybe he's not completely different to his relatives, but I do think his design is pretty original too. Got hints of a few family members in his appearance, without being too similar to anyone. :)

hmm....all lions look same to me.....but he looks like some kinda rebellious teen lion!....plus his hair r different frm others!~

Nose = Mufasa, Nose color = Nala, Mane color= Simba and Mufasa, Smile= I'd say Sarabi, Ears = a mix of Simba, Nala , and Sarabi, Head shape (yes head shape that is a trait <_<) = Nala, fur color= Simba but I can kinda see a a little bit see Nala's cub color shade is in the mix though, Chin= Mufasa, uhhh personality: Simba with a slight of Mufasa, Attitude= um I don't know about this yet until the full TV movie :^/ and Yeah I can see about everyone's traits are mixed together some may not see it but if you just look close, compare, look again, compare again with another you'll see some similarities with more than others. :^P

Obviously he looks most like Simba with his eye shape and color. But he also has Mufasa's strong chin. I don't see too much of his mother,even though it would have been nice. :3

His whole physique and muzzle area completely resemble Mufasa.

I think that Kion best resembles both his parents (Simba and Nala) and his paternal grandparents (Mufasa and Sarabi) because they are his real family just like Kiara. I feel like there's equal parts of all of them in him because what we've seen so far is that Kion is as reckless as Simba was when he was a cub and Simba is acting the same way that Mufasa acted with him.
