Yep. During both games, District 2 members last but to the final five. My money is on them.

District 12 wouldn't, because as Katniss pointed out in the books, they don't know anything sbout their trades until they aren't entered into the reaping. I think the lumber district would win, but i forgot the number, and i knew it was 6 or 7

Masonry's physical work which'd make them strong, assuming that they start this work young. Plus a lot of them train to be Peacekeepers.
