Is there really a movie coming out 2011 based on the book?

On imdb.com there's a movie called the Hunger Games but I've heard doubts about it having nothing to do with the book.

I think they decided to make it pg13 because they new if they made it for any older, the teens would have formed a rebellion lol

interesting perspective...but Twilight made milions of dollars, and the lead actors were recognized for their talent. Have some hope in the moviemakers; they will listen to the ファン and Suzanne will make sure the right actors are picked.

it will probaly be computer generated for the muttations, and since its a movie the killing will be fake so no one will get hurt.

I believe Lionsgate bought the license to make it but I heard that your not going to hear anything major about it until late this year. I'm not sure but I'm pretty sure I copy and pasted from IMDb. and I was right that it ruined a perfectly good book as well. especially for my friend Rue looked like her cousin De and it ruined the whole 本 for her.
