If あなた click on 記事 which is on the bar above with home,wall and 画像 on it e.g. when あなた have clicked on that あなた should see and blue box type thing where it should be like the one above this saying something like answered question. when that shows up on the 上, ページのトップへ right hand corner of the thick blue line it should say create an 記事 with a miniature plus sign 次 to it. click on that and then あなた should be able to make an article.
