Jadis is the most powerful, there is no photo of Glinda so I don't know who she is. Jadis in the book LWW is desended from Lilith, Adams first wife and she rebelled against him and God. Lilith was Jadis' mother and Jadis would have inherited her powers as well as her fathers. Jadis was so powerful she kept out Father Christmas and also two other Gods,Bacchus and Silenus. :)

Gota you now, if I remember Glinda was Not as powerful as her sister the Wicked Witch of the West, but Jadis would be more powerful than the two put together. Jadis on Charn knew the seceret of the Deplorable Word which could destory all living things and she used it against her sister and when she left Charn it too was destroyed. Jadis did not need spell books, wing of bat ect she was born from evil and was evil its self as where her parents. Aslan in Narnia is seen as a Christ figure and Jadis as his oppisite, you can't get any more powerful than those two as Aslan said him self Jadis will live like a goddess and grow stronger in the Deep Magic. When you look at who Jadis is desended from she is not a witch at all but a female demon one of the Djinn and that makes her the most powerful female baddie in fiction. :)
