Is tosh, Kevin Lloyd, I'm the original 星, つ星 wars a new hope as one of jabbas henchmen in the added scene

In the cut scene which was added in 1997 the henchman on the right, when han is talking to jabba has kevin Lloyds face but is very slim. But back in 1976 he would have been slim and at the time he would have been a jobbing actor around London.

Please look at the footage from a new hope and give it a good look before making up your mind. I have been sure of this for years but as it is 星, つ星 wars week I thought I'd bring it up as 星, つ星 wars is my favourite and tosh is only 2nd to burnside in the best ever bill characters.
