well i dont know if this counts as a spoiler but i own 犬夜叉 profiles and this is what it said: jakotsu is actually a guy. when miss takahashi drew him she wanted him being a girl. but she ended up not using the idea cuz she didnt want 犬夜叉 to beat a girl. it actually states that he is homosexual.so she blended the 2 ideas she had. she made him a guy but added some other features. pick up a copy of 犬夜叉 profiles,youll see what i mean. hope i helped
