Movie plot?

Okay, when I became a true Dunwen ファン (I was a going back and fourth from Trenwen, and Dunwen until I realized I 've always loved Duncan and Gwen as a couple. :3) I noticed that in the plot for the re-made version of: "Red riding hood" was very semilar to their relatonship.

Plot of movie: *keep in mind - their about the same age as the TD cast* Valerie (would be Gwen) is supposed to marry a boy named Henry, (would be Trent) but is madly in 愛 with her best frind, Peter. (would be Duncan) She has some feelings for Henry - who often brings her presents such as jewlery - but she just is to in 愛 with Peter - who was her friend since childhood, and they always have fun together. Peter pretends to be in 愛 with Valerie's friend, Roxanne, (would be Courtney) so she would marry Henry to gain his wealth, (her mother wants the money, not her) but she tells him that she wants him, not Henry. I'd tell あなた more, but I don't wanna spoil the movie. ;D

So, I know this may not exactly fit their relationship, but...it kinda reminded me of it. :p Anyone else agree?
