i think this is the most plausible..we know the dragons are collecting virgins, one gets pushed into the fiery pit, reemerges possessed by mother..clearly this thing is the mother of all supernatural creatures, it creates alphas..so perhaps mother uses each body for creating new creatures, new alphas, has sex with it's 'pure' body, so it can spawn an alpha, then moves to a new pure body to create another new alpha and so on..hard to describe why I think they need to make virgins, maybe it's a sort of 'first sex, first monster of its kind' deal?
it's called mother because it gives birth to all new monsters, the bodies have to be pure so that the new alphas are absolutely untainted or pure.

I was wondering this too. I'm thinking that she'll just go through them one by one. Or maybe each virgin can call up something different from Purgatory. They throw a virgin in, chant some different mumbo jumbo and something else comes out.

Your theory is interesting too, lucy. I didn't think of that. But I'm not sure if they really need alphas anymore now that they have Mother.

I honestly have no idea, and I'm not even going to venture a guess at this time. Can't wait to find out, though.

I choose this because if she is the mother of all evil or monsters then imangine the power she has, it would be hard to just let that sit in one girl for that long. Just my theory.

I was wondering too and this was my first idea. I like the idea about new alphas, but I really think they should have some other plan because the alphas already can reproduce and turn humans. Maybe they want bigger badder monsters than already exist? Then again Crowley was capturing and "killing" alphas? hmmm...

I assumed that the other virgins were used by the dragons for other spells.
