I found a video about Kim Kibum plastic surgery failed,is it real that Kibum make a plastic surgery? What's happened to Kibum? Why he is not with the other member on stage? I heard a rumor about he is going out from Super Junior,is it true?

i saw that as well... it looks real. but i think they just got a bad picture of him. on the official super junior site all the コメント on their ファン board were stuff like kibum, super junior needs あなた and kibum go back to super junior. i think kibum thought about leaving super junior and it became public accidently, but i think that he is going to stay in super junior.
