I lived in another clan before StormClan. That was a long time ago. I only lived there for one day. Then there was a fire. It drove me from my family. From my friends.


~Flashback~

"Mommy! Daddy!" ,Nightkit looked around with scared eyes as the 火災, 火 blazed through the camp. Boulderpelt, her father, picked her up によって the scruff, "I got you!" He turned to Shadowfoot, "We have to 移動する fast!"
Thornkit squrimed in his mother's jaws, "But I want to walk!" ,he wailed. "Thornkit please stop!" ,Shadowfoot looked around for a way out. "This way!" ,Boulderpelt ran for a hole in the camp wall. Shadowfoot squeezed through with Thornkit first.
Boulderpelt took one last look at the burning camp. Nightkit looked around and meet eyes with her friend, Smokekit. "Goodbye" ,she mouthed before her father carried her out of the camp.
They ran far from the camp. There was only one place they could hope to find refuge at, the mountains. They set their sites ahead and never looked back.

It was hard living in the mountains. All the threats of predators. My parents weren't sure of how to survive in the mountains but they made sure to keep my brother and I alive.
My brother and I learned how to hunt and fight at a very young age. If we didn't learn we wouldn't make it. Our parents couldn't protect us from everything. We had to get used to going without 食 and sleep.
We managed to stay alive in the mountains. We got によって living in a cave. We never worried about the actual mountain being a threat to our lives. But now, I guess, I realize that we should have.


~Flashback~

Thornpaw tumbled around with Nightpaw, "Our first 日 as apprentices! We got to prove ourselves!" Nightpaw laughed and batted at her brother, "Yeah あなた need to もっと見る than me though cause your weaker!" Thornpaw pinned her down, "In your dreams little sis!" Shadowfoot and Boulderpelt watched them proudly.
Then the ground started to shake and a loud rumbling noise sounded through the mountains. Boulderpelt looked up the mountain and his eyes widen, "Run!" Nightpaw, Thornpaw, and Shadowfoot all looked up the mountain and saw large boulders tumbling down the side toward them. They took off running down the mountain. They were half way down when the boulders started to come down around them and they had to dodge out of the way.
They were alomst at the bottom when a boulder landed on Nightpaw's hind leg. She fell over and let out a yowl of pain and her family stopped. "Nightpaw!" ,Boulderpelt started back up towards her. Shadowfoot and Thornpaw start to follow him but he turned back, "No keep going! I'll get her!" They turned back and started to run down the mountain again. Boulderpelt ran to Nightpaw and lifted her onto his back, "I got あなた baby girl." He ran down the 丘, ヒル as fast as he could without hurting または dropping his daughter.
When they reached the bottom they found Shadowfoot and Thornpaw trapped. Boulderpelt looked around and saw that their way out was blocked によって boulders. "There's no way out! What are we gonna do!?" ,Thornpaw exclaimed and looked at his parents. They looked around and Shadowfoot spotted a small hole and they ran to it.
Boulderpelt and Shadowfoot knew they couldn't fit but they tried to will Thornpaw and Nightpaw through. "We aren't leaving you!" ,Nightpaw and Thornpaw protested. The last of the boulders were rolling closer and closer. As they came down towards them Boulderpelt lept フォワード, 前進, 楽しみにして and shoved Nightpaw through the hole, "Be 安全, 安全です sweetie! We 愛 you!" His voice trailed off as the last boulders came crashing down with a sickening thud. "No!!" ,Nightpaw wailed and shoved at the boulders. But it was no use, her family was gone.

I stayed at the mountain for days. I couldn't bare the thought of leaving my family behind. But I knew that my father would want me to carry on, to have a chance to survive. I finally paryed to StarClan one もっと見る time, for my families quick death so that they did not suffer, and left the mountain.
It was so much harder after that. I was alone and lost. I was used to the mountains. Now I was on low level ground again. I hadn't been on that kind of ground since I was a newborn, and I had never gone out of camp, hardly out of the nursery. I just walked, not heading in any certain direction, just walking. I didn't know where to go.
There were many times when I could have been killed. I was attacked によって rouges, two-legs, rats, dogs, really anything that あなた would hope not to encounter. I was always traveling alone. I knew that I couldn't trust anyone. They would turn on あなた as soon as they got the chance. または at least that's what I thought. I didn't know how to trust. All I knew was that I was safer on my own. But one night I saw something that almost changed everything.


~Flashback~

Nightpaw walked over the hills, staying hidden under bushes as much as possible, trying not to be to exposed. Her black pelt helped her blend in with the night. The moonlight shown down, giving her a way to see clearly.
As she climbed over a 丘, ヒル she saw two silhouettes, and 鳩 under a bush. She watched them for a while and had a strange feeling that she had seen them before. She could hardly see in the dark of the night but the moon showed the light and dark grey of the smaller cat's pelt. Nightpaw couldn't shake the feeling that they looked familiar.
The larger one was a she-cat and looked to be the age of an elder. The other was a tom and about Nightpaw's age. She could tell just によって watching them. When they spoke something about how their voices sounded very familiar sent chills up Nightpaw' spine.
She finally had to 移動する on so she could find a place to stay for the night. But as she walked away she kept casting glances back at the two cats.

I never would have guessed that they would have been NatureClan cats. I mean I knew it was strange that they seemed so familiar because I hadn't meant any other cats, that I would consider friends, since I was in my clan. I just knew that I wasn't going to push my luck and take the chance of going up and talking to them. So I kept going on alone.
I finally got to the age where I considered myself a warrior. I gave myself the name Nightbreeze because the お気に入り thing of my お気に入り memories was sitting at the 上, ページのトップへ of the mountain with my family, watching the moon shine in the sky with the breeze blowing through my fur. Such happy times. When I finally reached StormClan I knew that I had finally found where I belonged. And now I've come all this way. I never would have imagined that I could be this lucky.
