I believe that it is NEVER okay to bully someone. It's abuse and it kills a person. Many people think that words don't hurt, when they actually can leave a bigger scare than physical abuse. I've spent all of my 15 years being bullied によって other people, and I would take a beating any 日 over being put down によって words. I've never been bullied online, but I can't imagine it would feel any better than real life. I now am scared to death of other people because of what these people did. It's not okay.
CyberBullying is probably the worst form of bullying. Its extreme and uses the internet. Once the bully puts something online, あなた can't do anything to get rid of it. Everyone can see it and あなた can't remove it.
