"STAR TREK VOYAGER" - Unfit For Command?

Do many 星, つ星 TREK ファン consider most Vulcan characters unfit for command? I wonder. I came across this "STAR TREK VOYAGER" ファン fiction story about the letters written to the Alpha Quadrant によって Voyager’s crew in the Season 1 episode, "Eye of the Needle". The 作者 of this particular ファン fiction story seemed to believe that because of their emotional distance, Vulcans are basically unfit for command. Personally, I disagree.

I came across an old episode of "STAR TREK VOYAGER" that I have not seen in a long time. It is a Season Five episode called (5.08) "Nothing Human". And I must say that without a doubt, it is one of the most ambiguous TREK episodes I have ever seen.

"STAR TREK VOYAGER: 愛 on a Starship"

I am not going to deceive myself and pretend that the relationship between Captain Kathryn Janeway and her First Officer, Commander Chakotay, lacked any chemistry. Of course there had been chemistry. Even a blind person could have sensed the chemistry between them just によって listening to their dialogue. But while I will admit the enormous dynamics between the two characters, I never could see the possibility of a "happily ever after" for them.
