How does time continue past the point of when it was "frozen" (extremely slowed), in the Episode Timescape, since Data couldn't stop the Power Transfer?

In the Episode "Timescape" The Enterprise and a Romulan ship are in a "time bubble". Data is unable to stop the power tranfer, which was the cause of the time distortion. Yet time goes beyond the point of when time "froze" and the Romulan helps Riker and Dr. Crusher isn't shot. Since Data couldn't stop the power tranfer shouldn't time have stopped when Riker hit the floor または Dr. Crusher was shot?

After Data fails to stop the power transfer, Picard guides the Runabout into the path of the beam and interrupts the transfer.

...However, This seems to occur at least a few 秒 after the moment time "froze."

When Data scanned the singularity in the Romulan ship, there was a self defense reflex of some kind that caused time to 移動する フォワード, 前進, 楽しみにして past the point when the Enterprise exploded, and then "rewind" to the moment after Data scanned it. The only explanation I can conceive of is that a similar phenomena allowed time to proceed past the アナと雪の女王 moment long enough for the beam to be interrupted.

Unfortunately, even if this was the case, によって the time Riker hits the floor and Crusher is shot the warp core breach is already underway, so によって the time he stands up the Enterprise should be exploding.

The only explanation seems to be continuity error.

TL;DR = This is a mistake, and if events proceed the way shown on screen, the crew is too late to prevent being "frozen" and ultimately destroyed.
