Archie Comics (going to guess its canon): Apparently Mina Mongoose, haven't read the comics
Sonic X (non-canon): Cosmo

this is my opinion i think tails belongs with cosmo because he loves her very much and think about it i haven't see cream attract to tails ever and if あなた watch sonic x right before tails shoots cosmo he says i 愛 あなた that gose to 表示する あなた that he 愛 her もっと見る then cream i still 愛 cream but i think tailscos is better
