(Cheesy Band Director Letter!!)
Attention: Marching Band Sign-ups start today. We have about 20 people, but we NEED MORE!! Sign-ups are in the question "Marching Band RP!!! Anyone under or at 18 and above 11 can join!!". Here is a list of materials you will need EVERY DAY!
Field Markers (to mark your position for moves)
hat & Sunglasses (the sun can get PRETTY bright!)
Pencil & Music (If you don't bring it, you will run 5 LAPS!!!)
Here is a list of materials for Band Camp!
Shaving Cream, Silly String, Ceram wrap (Pranking nights CAN be really fun)
Hat, Sunglasses (Band Camp gets HOT, so have these EVERY DAY!)
Inhaler (if needed)
3 pair of tennis shoes (unless you want to get Athlete's Foot)
Shower Supplies (We don't need half of the band being KO'd by your odors)
2 pairs of Sweats (for at night when the bugs come out)
Instrument
Bug Repellent (the insects at camp are VERY bad)
YOUR OWN MATTRESS (We will NOT provide you with a mattress.)
A LOCK for your foot locker (So nothing gets "misplaced"...)

Band Camp CAN be fun, if you get into the themes and everything that the Band Seniors decide on.
THEMES FOR BAND CAMP:
Monday: Halloween (Costumes, etc...)
Tuesday: 4th of July (party hats, Uncle Sam, R,W&B, etc...)
Wednesday: Thanksgiving (Turkey, Indians, Pilgrims, ETC...)
THEME FOR THE DANCE: New Years (Party hats, suits, FAKE ALCOHOL BOTTLES, Etc...)
Thursday: St. Patrick's Day (leprechaun, Green & Gold, Etc...)
Friday: Christmas (Pajamas, reindeer, presents, Santa, etc...)
