"Kyra! Get up, you're gonna be late for school!"
Shouted her mum from downstairs. Kyra (the girl that didn't want to be in a war with the aliens) rubbed her eyes and got out of bed. She looked out the window. Although she didn't want to be in the war, she still wanted to see one of their spaceships land. And, even though they're supposed to be in a war with us, she'd never seen a war ship.
"...Kyra, are あなた ok?" Her mum asked. Kyra looked up from her cereal.
"Hmm? Oh, yeah..I'm fine, mum..."
"You sure? Is it the induction days at the High School putting pressure on you?"
Kyra shook her head. "It's nothing, mum. Don't worry."

"Hey, look, it's the loser" One of the older girls in Kyra's class muttered to her friends, and they all started grinning. Two of them even giggled. Kyra walked past them and tried to ignore them, but, let's be honest, it's almost the hardest thing to do, isn't it? Having no フレンズ was horrible for Kyra, but being teased alongside that was torture..She just wanted at least one friend, was that too much to ask?

"Ok, most of you'll have seen the news last night, who wants to go to Earth undercover?"

Most people were actually silent, and being honest, who can blame them? Humans had portrayed themselves as killers, so it'd be suicide to go to their ホーム planet, wouldn't it?
"Me!" Shouted a small voice from the middle of the crowd of volunteers.
The leader grinned. "Ok, Gwen, you're in. Anyone else want to come with me and Gwendoline?"
A couple of people sighed. "I guess I'm gonna have to come if she's going, aren't I?" Amber sighed.
"We'll come!" grinned Kylie and Cleo.
Chill glared at his brother. "Fine then..."
Beanie nodded anything but enthusiastically.
Cleo turned around. "Can あなた come, Meg? Please?"
" ?! Me?..But..erm," Meg looked around for an excuse. "Who'll look after Joey?" Cleo looked disappointed. Jo tugged on Meg's jacket.
"I'll look after myself, Meg, if あなた want to go.." She smiled at Meg. Meg hesitated, then sighed.
"Fine, ok, I'm coming..."
"Great!" Beanie grinned. "Is that everyone?" The rest of the team nodded. "Ok, then. Continue with whatever あなた were doing. Those of あなた coming with me, the ship's outside. Meg, could あなた drive it for us?" She nodded. "Ok. I'll be out in a minute.." Beanie looked back at the team he had been elected leader of. "Rachel?" A 意地の悪い女, ヴィクセン looked at him. "Yes, sir?"
"You're in charge until we come back, ok?"
"!..Ok, sir."
Beanie turned back around and ran after everyone outside.
"Everyone present?" Meg called from the cockpit. They all nodded. "Ok..." She flicked a few switches. "Stairs retracted... シート, 座席 belts fastened...Safety Demonstration starting...In-Flight movie loading...Engines starting..taking off in 3...2...1... Alright, let's go!"
As the ship flew off, a few of the members of Beanie's team looked through the window. "Good luck guys...you're gonna need it..."
